Hi
What a great site.  I have just purchased a TR1 - (didn't know they were rare).  Not being the most mechanically minded can you assist with a problem.  The TR1 looks like it has been converted it has a virago tank and i think a seat the running gear seems to have been moved forward.  I have just purchased a front and rear brake switch as this was missing when i purchased the bike.  I would like to know if this is easy to fit, and where do the electrical  connections plug in?
Also from your extensive knowledge would you say that the reason why the front/back brake switch is missing is because the standard TR1 switches will not fit?
Any help would be much appreciated.

Hello

The front brake switch is part of the loom and it simply clips into the brake mechanism.

The rear brake is seperate and is operated from a spring that is connected to the rear brake lever.ds

Hope this helps.

Regards
Kevin
