Hello,

I am looking for left silencer. I am almost ready with my TR1 restoration but the left silencer is ruined.
Any help?

OK, no replies so far.

Does anyone know the difference between XV920 and XV1000 TR1 exhausts? When I look the parts catalog they seem identical but numbers differ a bit (TR1 left silencer is 5A8-14711-00-00 and XV920 is 5A8-14611-00-00). Can I fit XV920's silencer to TR1? Is the look and measures identical?

BTW, could some XV920 measure their silencer? TR1 has the following, rough, dimesions:
lenght: overall 70cm (72cm from tail to front fixing)
diameter, tail 10cm
diameter, at point of tail fixing and megaphone welding 7cm

Help please ...

Äh, I missed the part numbers. I meant to ask whether left mufler, 5A8-14711-00-00 for TR1 and 5H1-14711-00-00 for XV920 are interchangeable? Do they have the same dimensions. XV920 owners, any?
