Anja, i do not care about what is allowed or not, especially not about what is allowed in germany (that´s not very much at all) but i know that i am stupid and that i _will_ forget the sidestand some time...

Hallo to all,

Apologies for resurrecting this thread.

Does anyone have a part number for the sidestand with the switch please?

I cannot get used to the one on the bike at the moment. I would like to have the same functionality as my other bike that I have been riding for a long time.

Best Regards,
Evros

Thank you Anja,

I have cut the protruding bit from the bolt and now it will stay in place.

Is the bracket the same as the TR1 bracket but with extra mounting holes? If so, all I would need is the switch and the wiring to get this sorted.

I might need some help with the German but I will manage!

Regards,
Evros

Good Morning Evripidis,
the Bracket is in size and shape the same as on TR1. The Difference are the both treads for mount the Side Stand Switch.

You can read the Wire Diagram? Otherwise I can publish one in english language.

Regards
Anja

Hallo Anja,

Thank you for responding.

Getting parts in Cyprus is difficult so I will see what I can do, maybe get the switch and make the holes and tap the thread.

I will see how it is mounted on my small xv250. I will also read the wiring diagram of the x250.

I also cannot see the English version you uploaded. If there is none I will use the translator little by little and I will figure it out.

All these years, I have learnt many words in German but for car parts and bike parts.

Evros
