Hello, hello....

Well,

Some of you must know the case with me trying to get a TR1 from DE to CY. It was a nightmare. From Heilbad Heiligenstatd to Limassol.

Well, I finally got the time to take a picture and present it over here. There you go.

Things I have done or I plan to do in the very near future:

1. Cleaned, polished. Not finished yet. Some discolouration on the cases has to be addressed. It is udner the lacquer.
2. Replaced oil filter, oil, spark plugs and air filter. Just to make a reset under my possession.
3. Fitted a rubber damper where the sidestand folds because it was missing.
4. Re-positioned the YAMAHA emblems on the tank according to other pictures. It appears that they were indeed in their original positions and many online pictures are a mix and match. So I put them back to the "factory position" I liked.
5. I replaced the carburettor float bowl gaskets because one of them had a slight leak. I cut my own but I purchased 4 items from Tourmax to be safe.
6. I have repaired the battery loom because there was corrosion from leak. The battery must have leaked while on the ferry or over charged.
7. The leak affected the frame brace where the brake lever is mounted. I took it out, sanded, primed and painted, back to original.
8. I now have an oil leak in the front right fork and I will address that.
9. I have cut the sidestand bolt and I will be fitting a kill switch for safety like my other bike.

Thank you all.

Evros
